To deliver requested tracking, digital document collection, and IoT telemetry services, manage secure business records, process transactions, maintain platform uptime, and supply customer assistance.
3. Sharing & Retention
Routed through certified cloud infrastructure and encrypted gateways. We never sell personal data. Retained only for active subscription duration plus statutory Malaysian tax/corporate retention mandates.

Data Deletion Instructions
To ask Ideal Digital PLT to delete the personal data we hold about you, including data received through WhatsApp or any Meta platform:
- Email admin@idldigital.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Include the phone number or email address linked to your account.
- We confirm receipt, verify the request, and delete your data within 21 days, except records Malaysian law requires us to keep, which are deleted when that retention period ends.
